After starting this company 13 years ago, I have been honing, practicing and perfecting my two main crafts. First, entertaining people, which I must admit, comes naturally to me. It is so much fun I sometimes feel guilty getting paid for it, sometimes. The second is customer service. These are not just words, they are hours spent, efforts made, time after time, again and again, following through making the right choice every time backing up those words.
This did not come naturally. This was learned from many years experience, I have dedicated my professional life to it, and I am extremely proud of my track record.
